Andrew Bennett will be leading our goal setting session at this meeting and comes with a huge amount of experience in helping people ‘make the difference’.
Andrew is a renowned Performance Scientist and works with Formula One teams and other elite sports people as well as company CEOs or regular people facing trauma or with mental health needs such as anxiety or lack of confidence. As a group we have first hand experience of how Andrew’s methodology helps people to get the most out of themselves to overcome their limitations.
