I work with women who have experienced trauma, anxiety, or depression of any kind, or just want to create a more harmonious life for themselves. And are looking for a kind, supportive approach to healing.
I take a somatic approach to more traditional counselling and therapeutic modalities, working holistically with the mind-body. Treating the whole person, not just their labels or concerns, I help you connect with the wisdom of your body to heal your mind. I offer therapy, coaching, yoga and dance classes, all with a somatic focus that is trauma-centred and body-mind informed.
I support women who:
Experience anxiety or intrusive thoughts
Have a history of complex trauma
Are late diagnosed or self-identify as neurodivergent
Found that other forms of therapy, like counselling or CBT, haven’t worked for them
Feel disconnected from themselves
Are entering perimenopause or menopause
Are struggling with their most important relationships (partners, parents, children)
Have found their mojo for work has waned or their careers have stalled
